We will make fastest and best 2D AND 3D FLOOR PLAN for you from jpg, sketch, autocad and even basic hand drawn drawings is enough for me. Etc

1. Create 3d floor plans for big , small and medium projects such as high-rise buildings, restaurants, hotels, houses, apartments ...etc
2. The 3d floor plan only includes walls, floors, doors
3. The 3d floor plan only includes walls, floors, doors and furniture.
4. The 3d floor plan includes fully furnished, lighting and color
5. You will get 2 changes for each plan for free and of course you will not have to pay for these 2 changes.
6. Provide 3d sketchup model when the work is completed if the client requires.
7. Refund 100% of the budget if the customer is not satisfied.

Price advanced pack for 3d floor plan for wall, floor, door and interior only - no render :45 $

Price Premium pack floor plan 3d wall, floor, door and interior + 1 view 3d floor plan : 75$

The seller seemed to struggle with a language barrier. Very basic items like dimensions and directions were not followed. Even at the end I accepted but still the rendering wasn't like I requested. Was not as good of experience as I have had with Fiverr before.

It was frustrating. I hired the seller to design a space for me and she only took my initial idea and made it into a CAD drawing. I'm not a designer and wanted someone else to take my idea and develop it into something that worked. It became clear that she was only going to put in the CAD drawing what I instructed her to. Even that took days and I had to ask repeatedly for the same changes to be made. It cost me $200 and a week of time to have someone put my simple home design into a CAD drawing. Disappointing.

Some minor language issues but Jessica was responsive, skilled and stuck with the project and transformed my sketches into excellent preliminary construction floor plan.
