ABOUT THE GIG

I will make architectural renderings that look just like a real physical model. These are great for first client meetings because you can show them the main shape and elements of your project without having to decide on materials and finishes yet, or even as a canvas to work on and define them. 

Prices listed are for exterior scenes (like the example ones) which provide the most "real-life model" look. 

Basic and standard packages do not include 3D modeling, so you will have to provide the model. I only accept models in SketchUp (2021 or older), and Revit format.

Premium package does not include the 3D source file. If you need it, please ask me and I'll include that in the custom offer. Said file is delivered without lights, materials, or render settings.
