I can also model an existing location to make a site model, based on an area on google earth or any other map.

-I always use groups, components, and layers to make the model easy to edit and clean, which is very useful later for renders, plans etc ...
My Base pricing is 40$, which of course can be adjusted depending the scale and the complexity of your order.
