Welcome to my Archviz Studio, where I do virtual tours with Unreal Engine, so you can previsualize your project like if you were playing a videogame, it could be interactive and VR compatible, in order to give you the best experience please contact me before placing any order and read the pipeline:
Basic:
1: You will provide the floorplans and finish plans (.dwg or .pdf). Also, tell me if you need special furniture, otherwise, I will use my own assets. You can also give me your logo so it could be displayed in the HUD.
2: I´ll do 3D modeling and texturing of your project. (first revision, here you will tell me where should I place cameras for your renders)
3: I´ll add furniture, people, and final lightning. (second revision)
Standard:
4: Virtual reality and collision are enable. (third revision)
Premium:
5: Interactivity is enabled. open and close windows and doors, switch luminaries on and off, change materials from walls and floors.
Final delivery:
I´ll package the project and send you an executable for Windows via Google Drive, system specifications will change with each project, generally, you will need at least Intel Core i5, 8 Gb RAM, and 5 Gb memory.
